Carol, this is Camela (former Stuby) Morrissey ... I would love to hear from you when you get to NY, and when I'm asked who has made the biggest impact on my professional being, I always say "Carol Cone" and "Rick Kase." Find me on LinkedIn if you'd like.

Joe -- I am blushing. What a wonderful and heartfelt post. From my journey to date, I gained satisfaction from so many people, at all levels. There really is a teacher in me and I love to share, learn and collaborate.'

Your work is so important to the cause movement. Keep it up.

I am relocating to NYC where I am looking at a few opportunities. Stay tuned. And if you visit the City, give me a shout and lets try to have a coffee.

Kind words Joe. I first heard about Carol Cone in 2005 and hopped on a teleclass she delivered. The topic was Marketing Your Corporate Giving Program. Just in the first year of givingadvice, I was all ears. She made the subject sound so easy and simple. Since then I too have followed her work and studies and have benefitted from her dedication to the field. Now in the age of Twitter, we can follow her more closely. Her willingness to share her knowledge and expertise, deliver compelling campaigns, and take Cone to where it is, is so admirable. Beyond the $1.2B Cone has raised for causes, more important (atleast for me) are lives that have been made a little better off.

I look forward to her new journey, the experience she will share, and wish her well and deep peace through it.
