Have you checked out FriendFeed?  It aggregates all of your social streams into one and allows you to group, join rooms, and rate and comment on data.  It also has a fantastic best-of-day feature that I use at the end of the day to see what was really going on across networks. I use it in conjunction with twhirl and tweetdeck.
