Joe, very well explained. I think to a degree some of us do this instinctively but I've never thought about it as structured as this, which is helpful. Looking forward to the next part on where to find/how to cultivate new prospects. That was a question I had while reading the post.

I am looking forward to the second part when you discuss more about the places to find and cultivate great prospects. This is one of the most difficult parts for me.
