Newsletter: How to Calculate the Value of Virtual Events, Partnerships 🧮 ; This Sports Team is Packing Its Stadium with Fans to Raise Money for Causes ⚽️ ; The Business Roundtable is a Joke 💩
Two things this week...
1. We had a great first Social Impact Book Club meeting last week! Now we're on to the second book and you get to pick it! Just head over to our Facebook group (join the group if you haven't already) and vote on the next book. You have three choices. If you have a book to suggest to the group, just enter it into the comments and we'll add it to the list! We'll announce the new book next week.
2. I know some of you are moving physical events to the virtual space, or you're replacing in-person partnership campaigns with virtual assets and access. But we all have the same question 🤔: What are these virtual assets worth? Find out TODAY AT NOON when Brittany Hill at Accelerist and Michelle Matheson at the United Way of New York City discuss new, virtual asset options, their value to your corporate donors, and how to identify the right virtual event, campaign or asset for your constituent base. If you miss the webinar it will be recorded! #Sponsor

2. Who are some of the best corporate prospects moving forward? Look for companies that aren't dependent on on-premise sales and have strong digital channels. Think Domino's Pizza, Chewy (and other pet brands), etc.
3. I could spend all day on this site. Did they help? tells you how a company (or celebrity) is behaving during the pandemic. For example, just plug in, oh, I don't know...how about Hobby Lobby....
4. Good news. Some companies are staying the course and supporting the causes that are currently being neglected. 👏
5. The Business Roundtable is a joke. 💩
