βοΈ Partnership Notes
1. Red Nose Day will shift to Red Nose "year" in 2021. Walgreens employees starting this month will be wearing Red Nose masks to help generate interest in the campaign, along with signage in its stores.
2. Jersey Mike's blew their fundraising goal away on their "Day of Giving" on March 31st. Over 200 nonprofits will benefit from the fundraiser. Get to know the sub shop franchise owner in your area (because they pick the charities to support!).
3. Pubs are the new nonprofits. Check out this purchase-triggered program from Stella Artois.
π€ Marketing Your Cause
1. Did you attend and enjoy the webinar on TikTok last week? It was so much fun! Still not sure if the platform is right for you? The success of the Sacramento History Museum may give you the push you need. And adult (ages 35-54) adoption of the platform is growing!
2. To market your event or nonprofit to a business, you need to know your audience. One way to learn more about your audience is focus groups. HubSpot explains how to run one.
3. How to "Amazon" your fundraising copy and be more persuasive.
